Autonomous decision-making
In May, we launched our autonomous decision-making system, codenamed the Brain, in preview. Today, we're excited to announce that it is now generally available to all customers. Our new AI system that can take actions on your behalf in response to incoming messages using reasoning and the context of the entire conversation history.
The Brain classifies emails, generates replies and follow-ups, sets up reminders, unsubscribes contacts, and more. When the Brain is unable to make a decision about the best path forward, it will flag the task for a human to review. This allows the Brain to learn from the human's decision and improve its decision-making capabilities over time. And with Autopilot enabled, you can sit back and relax while the Brain takes care of your inbox.
